Unopened/unused products can be returned with full refund minus delivery cost within 10 days of delivery. Contact us at support@vitalorganicsource to request a refund, the return address will be provided in response. We will check your returned item(s) where possible within 24 hours of delivery. Once the item is checked and confirmed to be in acceptable condition a refund will be processed within 24 hours.

If a product has been damaged in transit or arrived in unacceptable condition, please contact us at support@vitalorganicsource.com with a photo of the affected product(s). On receipt of the returned product(s) a replacement or refund will be sent within 24 hours.
